Established 27 years ago, the
Boggy Bayou Festival is held the first full weekend in April (except when
Easter is this weekend, the 2nd weekend) in Pine Prairie to raise
money for Prairie Manor Nursing Home. The festival offers headline
entertainers, a carnival, arts and crafts, Catholic mass, country, gospel
and French music, along with a variety of Cajun food. |
