The Boucherie and Ballon Festival is a deeply rooted festival with a cajun flare located in Ascension Parish. We have over 60 Cracklin and Jambalaya cooks that compete in our cookouts to keep the tradition of cooking pork alive in our area. We have food, craft and merchandise vendors, hot air balloons and balloon rides from pilots who come from as far away as Michigan, carnival rides, live cajun and swamp pop music!
